Zeynoc is an AI consultancy and product studio. We work with businesses that need help turning an idea into useful software.

Our story

Built through hands-on client work.

Zeynoc started with independent computer vision projects for startups and small businesses. Clients brought specific tasks: monitor vehicles in a car wash, measure mussels from a photo, or follow items through a shop.

That work grew into long-term relationships and systems used across different industries. It shaped how we work today: understand the setting, test with the client’s data, and stay involved through deployment.

In 2026, Zeynoc became a consultancy and product studio based in Germany. Alongside client projects, we develop Zeynoc Ledger, our accounting software for UK practices.

  1. Early years

    Zeynoc starts as an independent AI practice, taking on computer vision work for startups and small businesses.

  2. Growth

    Projects for startups and small and mid-sized businesses in Europe, North America and New Zealand.

  3. Live systems

    Long running production work: car wash safety in the US, smart retail and aquaculture tools in New Zealand.

  4. 2026

    Relaunch as a consultancy and product studio in Germany, and launch of Zeynoc Ledger, our first own product.

Founder and principal ML engineer

Tharindu has built production AI for more than five years: perception systems for autonomous checkout in live stores, GPU inference platforms, and retrieval systems for large language models. He holds a master's degree in artificial intelligence and publishes peer reviewed research in computer vision. He still writes code on every Zeynoc project.
