    A call about your problem, your data and your constraints. You get an honest view on whether AI is the right tool.

    We look at samples of your data, agree on how success is measured, and write a fixed scope with a price.

  3. 2 to 6 weeks

    Prove

    A working proof of concept on your data. You see real accuracy numbers before committing to a full build.

  4. Sprints of 2 weeks

    Build and ship

    Production code, tests, deployment and documentation. A demo at the end of every sprint.

    You leave withProduction code, tests and documentation in your own repositories.

  5. Ongoing

    Run and improve

    Monitoring, retraining and support, so the system keeps working as your data changes.

    You leave withMonthly reports on accuracy and cost. Support can end with any month.

Common questions about working with us.

Do we own the code and the models?

Yes. Once the invoice is paid, the source code, trained models and documentation are yours. We only keep what you allow us to keep.

Where does our data go?

Wherever you decide. We can work entirely inside your cloud account, on your own servers, or on EU hosted infrastructure. We sign a data processing agreement before we touch personal data.

Do you only use OpenAI?

No. We pick the model that fits the job: hosted models from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, or open models we run for you. If privacy or cost matters more, open models often win.

How much does a project cost?

Discovery sprints usually start in the low thousands of euros. Full builds depend on scope. After the first call you get a written estimate, not a vague range.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes, and we often do. We can lead the AI work while your developers own the product, or join your sprints as extra engineers.

Which time zones do you cover?

We are based in Germany and work with clients in Europe, the UK, North America, Australia and New Zealand. We plan calls around your working day.

Do we need our own IT team?

No. One person who can grant access and make decisions is enough. We handle the engineering.

What happens if we stop working with you?

The code, models and documentation sit in your accounts. Another team can take over, and ongoing support from us is optional.
