We reduce this a lot by answering only from retrieved sources and showing them. We also measure how often it happens, so you know the rate.
Can it run without sending data to OpenAI?
Yes. We can use open models on your own servers or EU hosting, or a provider with the data terms you need.
Which file types work?
PDFs, Word, spreadsheets, web pages, scanned documents, and also audio and video through transcription.
